Since arriving in South Florida in 2008 he led the Marketing and Leasing campaign for one of the largest real estate development companies in South Florida (Dacra Development). That experience, along with his network of business relationships was the idea to launch a full service real estate practice. Confronted with the challenges in today’s economic climate and in our global market place was the catalyst to deliver experienced real estate services. Those circumstances launched the creation of a boutique real estate company.

Primary responsibilities include training and managing a team to identify key tenants and negotiate leases for commercial space in the Miami Design District and Miami Beach. Other responsibilities include expanding and supporting the Dacra Global brand and growing the general brokerage and Tenant representation activities of Dacra Realty.

Specializing in corporate services, strategic planning and Tenant representation, Mr. Katsoulis has used his experience and business network to provide representation nationally as a multi-market transaction agent.
Continuing with his background of strategy development and Tenant representation, Mr. Katsoulis formulated a position within Newmark’s Retail division. He provided local and national retail roll-outs, identified neighborhoods & markets to maximize brand development and consumer awareness. For owners, his responsibilities included re-positioning under-valued retail assets to maximize market potential and valuation.
